Sports and Festivals of KKCEM

Every effort has been taken to strengthen sports activity inside the campus and making the students participate in inter collegiate and inter university sports meets.

Cultural programs are organized to encourage creative pursuits and nurture talent

Physical recreation through games and sports has been an important part of the Institute since its inception. Games like football, cricket and hockey were introduced around 1870 followed closely by squash and boating. The practice of holding an Annual Athletic Meet was started in 1873. Today, the Institute has some of the best facilities in a number of games and sports and awards proficiencies. The tradition continues, as students of the institute keep making use of the marvellous sports facilities to excel in sports and games.

It's our firm belief at KKCEM, that to enhance the skills of our students, they must be provided with opportunities to explore their creativity. Cultural programs are organized several times during the year to encourage creative pursuits and nurture talent. Students form teams and share responsibility in organizing the events.
